Planted since 1970, Sauvignon, Gamay, Côt, Cabernet Franc, Pineau d'Aunis and Gamay de Chaudenay are cultivated there in a respectful manner in order to maintain the diversity conducive to the life of their soils.

Yields are deliberately controlled to ensure optimum maturity. Harvested by hand, our grapes are carefully sorted.
