The Estate

Our 9 ha estate is located in Sologne. We have been farming organically since we set up in early 2022 on varied soils: flint clay, sandy clay and clay marl.

Different grape varieties are planted there: Sauvignon, Gamay, Côt, Cabernet Franc, Pineau d'Aunis and Gamay de Chaudenay.

Our ambition is to produce fresh, rounded wines that reflect as much as possible the fruits from which they come.

Whether still or sparkling, fermentation is done only with indigenous yeasts.

Finally, we are convinced that everyone should have equal access to great wines!
